Two DOM3 Modules Reach Proposed Recommendation Status

Skip to comment formOn Thursday the W3C released the DOM Level 3 Core and Load & Save modules as Proposed Recommendations. This is the final stop on the path to being a full-fledged W3C Recommendation. Both modules will be open for implementation feedback until March 5.
